In the year 3013, Hip Hop, secretly dubbed “Neo Hip Hop” in certain elite circles, is believed to be a white cultural invention by the masses. This prevailing narrative has been entrenched in the psyche of the world population by its secret ruler--a sinister, malevolent entity known as Master Set. From his hidden fortress in Antarctica, through high level cunning and deceit, Set has manufactured a reality that has muted all links to any historical truth about the world in which we live and has subtly, over time, replaced it with his draconian, elitist version. Most members of society, having no idea what they don’t know, are easy prey for Set’s twisted plan to reshape their sensibilities to be in step with his anti-black, dystopian vision of humanity. There is one huge threat, however, that could break Set’s illusory spell.  Set’s master plan to trap humanity in an illusory perpetual present, where whiteness has seamlessly taken ownership of Black culture to the point of rendering it nonexistent, can only be rendered nil by the existence of The Hall Of Masters. 

 

Time shifted to a fourth dimensional pocket known as a brane world, The Hall Of Masters is a fortress that houses all the original recordings, interviews and videos of 20th and 21st century Hip Hop, bearing witness to the existence of melanated artists as the founders of and contributors to Hip Hop’s greatness well over a millennium ago. A mystical, rarely seen, enlightened crew of Black Hip Hop Knights, known as the Netics, along with Lotus the Wise, are Sworn protectors of the Hall Of Masters and are the only beings that can stop the insidious plot of Master Set. Ironically, Set’s anti Black, anti-Hip Hop world is largely powered by the stolen Hip Hop energy of melanated prisoners that are locked away with no visitation rights. These prisoners exist in the bowels of secret prisons constructed for large scale experimentation on Blackness, to isolate its highly magnetic, Hip Hop x-factor complex.

 

For Set to solidify his plan, the Hall Of Masters must be eliminated, or he risks exposure of Hip Hop’s true origins as well as the true value of Blackness to the masses. For the Netics to overcome Master Set, It will take all of Lotus’ and the Netics special skills to thwart the grim fate of those melanted people who are locked up for identifying as Hip Hop. Once targeted and framed by Sets agents, they are callously rendered to living life as guinea pigs and permanent members of Set’s unseen and unheard Penal class.
